As a new mom, my Promom breast pump has been a great support in my initial breastfeeding and pumping journey. ❤️ Breastfeeding and pumping can be physically tiring, especially in the early days, and this pump helped me express and store milk while giving me some much-needed rest. It made my journey a little easier and gave me more flexibility to manage my baby's feeding needs.

However, I did face an issue with the pump, which was a little disappointing at first. What I truly appreciated was the customer service. The team checked the issue properly and replaced the faulty part, which was a relief. Their prompt support and willingness to resolve the problem made a positive difference to my overall experience.

Overall, my experience with Promom has had both good and not-so-good moments. While I hope the product Guide Manual can be improved to avoid such issues and they can create a self troubleshooting section in the manual, I’m genuinely happy with the service and support I received. As a mother, its been 7 months now and I have stepped back to work without any tensions also having a reliable team to help during such an important phase means a lot. I would appreciate more consistency in the product, but the after-sales service definitely deserves appreciation. 💕
