Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible or may incur restocking fees.

Returns & Replacements
We offer exchanges and replacements only for incorrect, damaged, or defective products.
Received the wrong or damaged product?
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with order details and supporting photos/videos.

Product has a manufacturing defect?
- Report it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement.

Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

All prepaid accessories and accessory orders are non-returnable.

Steriliser- Opened units are Non-returnable due to hygiene regulations. Unopened units in original packaging – Eligible for return; a ₹500 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bottle Warmer - Opened units are Non-returnable due to hygiene regulations. Unopened units in original packaging – Eligible for return; a ₹500 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email to obtain a Return Management Number (RMN).
- Provide photos/videos if required to support your claim.
- To process any claim regarding missing items from a sealed box, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. The video should show the sealed condition of the box, the process of unsealing, and the contents inside.
- We will arrange a free pickup for eligible returns.
- Once we receive and verify the item, we will process your exchange or replacement.
‘Change of Mind’ Returns (Customer Remorse)
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, returns are only accepted if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.
- You request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- A restocking fee applies:
- ₹500 for single pumps/sterilizers/warmers

₹1000 for double pumps
(The fee will be deducted from the exchanged product’s value.)

Refund Policy
Promom primarily offers exchanges and replacements. Refunds are only issued in rare cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is verified.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method, excluding GST & shipping charges.
Important Note
Due to hygiene reasons, our single-user products can only be exchanged if they are brand new, unopened, and in original packaging with the seal intact.
