Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only for our Breast Pump and its Travel Case.
  • If you add any other item to your cart, the COD option will disappear at checkout.

How to Get COD Without Any Hassle?

🛒 Step 1: Keep it simple! If you want COD, make sure your cart has only the Breast Pump or Travel Case—and no other products.

🛒 Step 2: If you also want to buy other items (like spare parts etc), you’ll need to place a second order separately using prepaid payment because COD won’t work for mixed carts.

💡 Our recommendation:
It's best to place all your orders as prepaid instead of COD because COD orders come with an extra ₹200 charge. This way, you save money and avoid placing multiple orders.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouses and typically delivered within 2-4 business days across India.
  • Processing time: Orders take 1-2 business days to be prepared for dispatch.
  • We aim for prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.

📌 Note: Free delivery is available only for prepaid orders.

Order Addresses & Multiple Deliveries

  • Always provide a complete address and correct contact number when placing your order.
    • Our delivery partners may need to contact you or send an OTP for verification before delivery.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • To ship to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday.
  • Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

Courier Partners & Delivery

  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
  • Signature or OTP required: Deliveries must be signed for, and in some cases, OTP verification may be required.
  • Once signed for or verified, responsibility for the order is transferred to the recipient.

Post-Delivery Policy

  • We are not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.
  • Any discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via:

Incorrect Addresses & Undelivered Orders

  • Incorrect Address: We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Marked 'Delivered' but not received?
    • If your order status shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received it, report the issue within 24 hours for us to investigate.
