Promom Shipping & Delivery Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only for our Breast Pump and its Travel Case.
- If you add any other item to your cart, the COD option will disappear at checkout.
How to Get COD Without Any Hassle?
🛒 Step 1: Keep it simple! If you want COD, make sure your cart has only the Breast Pump or Travel Case—and no other products.
🛒 Step 2: If you also want to buy other items (like spare parts etc), you’ll need to place a second order separately using prepaid payment because COD won’t work for mixed carts.
💡 Our recommendation:
It's best to place all your orders as prepaid instead of COD because COD orders come with an extra ₹200 charge. This way, you save money and avoid placing multiple orders.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouses and typically delivered within 2-4 business days across India.
- Processing time: Orders take 1-2 business days to be prepared for dispatch.
- We aim for prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.

Order Addresses & Multiple Deliveries

Always provide a complete address and correct contact number when placing your order.
- Our delivery partners may need to contact you or send an OTP for verification before delivery.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- To ship to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
Courier Partners & Delivery
- We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Signature or OTP required: Deliveries must be signed for, and in some cases, OTP verification may be required.
- Once signed for or verified, responsibility for the order is transferred to the recipient.
Post-Delivery Policy
- We are not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses & Undelivered Orders
- Incorrect Address: We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
