Promom Assured Warranty Policy
At Promom, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products, understanding they play a crucial role in the daily lives of mothers. Our Assured Warranty reflects this commitment.
Coverage:
- The main unit of Promom products is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Accessories provided with the main unit are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Service:
- For service under this warranty, please contact us at support@promom.in with a valid proof of purchase.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the process and may ask for images or further information to assess the claim.
- Warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by Promom.
- Depending on the issue, we may repair or replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit.
- In certain cases we might need to call back the products to our centre for detailed inspection by our technical teams as to understand the defects in detail and provide solution accordingly. Return pickups will be provided for free by company in such cases.
Conditions:
- Warranty is applicable for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, or conditions beyond normal use.
- In the event of a replacement, the replacement product will have the same warranty duration as the original purchase.
- We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses incurred.
Exceptions:
- The warranty does not apply if the product is not used according to the instructions in the manual.
- Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, natural disasters, or improper handling is not covered.
- Any physical damage, aesthetic deterioration due to regular use, or issues due to unauthorized modifications are not covered.
Promom products are designed as single-user items. Sharing the product may void the warranty and is not recommended for hygiene and safety reasons.
