Promom Assured Warranty Policy

At Promom, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products, understanding they play a crucial role in the daily lives of mothers. Our Assured Warranty reflects this commitment.

Coverage:

  • The main unit of Promom products is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Accessories provided with the main unit are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Service:

  • For service under this warranty, please contact us at support@promom.in with a valid proof of purchase.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and may ask for images or further information to assess the claim.
  • Warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by Promom.
  • Depending on the issue, we may repair or replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit.

Conditions:

  • Warranty is applicable for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, or conditions beyond normal use.
  • In the event of a replacement, the replacement product will have the same warranty duration as the original purchase.
  • We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses incurred.

Exceptions:

  • The warranty does not apply if the product is not used according to the instructions in the manual.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, natural disasters, or improper handling is not covered.
  • Any physical damage, aesthetic deterioration due to regular use, or issues due to unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Promom products are designed as single-user items. Sharing the product may void the warranty and is not recommended for hygiene and safety reasons.
