Coverage

The main unit of Promom products is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended.
In the case of breast pumps, please note that the main pump unit is not waterproof, and any form of liquid damage — including water, milk, or other liquids — is not covered under warranty. -
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Accessories provided with the main unit are not covered under this warranty as their wear and tear is subject to individual usage patterns.
Warranty Service

For service under this warranty, please contact us at support@promom.in or via WhatsApp text at 9161277779 with a valid proof of purchase.

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and may ask for images or further information to assess the claim.

Warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by Promom.

Depending on the issue, we may repair or replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit.

In certain cases, we might need to call back the product to our center for a detailed inspection by our technical team to understand the defect and provide a solution. The return, inspection, and warranty assessment process may take 7-10 business days from the date of receipt.

Return pickups will be provided for free by the company in such cases. However, please note that while return pickups are free, customers may be required to bear the logistics cost for forward shipping in case of exchanges.

The final determination regarding warranty claims for the pump hub unit will be made by our technical team, and detailed proof of the assessment will be shared with the customer.
Conditions

Warranty is applicable for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, or conditions beyond normal use.

In the event of a replacement, the replacement product will have the same warranty duration as the original purchase.

We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses incurred.
Exceptions

The warranty does not apply if the product is not used according to the instructions in the manual.

Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, natural disasters, or improper handling is not covered.

Any physical damage, aesthetic deterioration due to regular use, or issues due to unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Promom products are designed as single-user items. Sharing the product may void the warranty and is not recommended for hygiene and safety reasons.
